Lumileds LED Family Ad Campaign

Project Overview
LED manufacturer Lumileds needed an ad campaign to promote each of its LED product lines. Because LEDs are difficult to photograph due to their size and structure, the team explored alternative visual approaches.

My Role
Working with a copywriter, I helped concept an illustrative style to solve the photography challenge. I hand-drew each ad, depicting a simple LED casting a shadow that revealed the real-world fixture or application it was best suited for.

Results
The campaign delivered a distinct visual solution that clearly communicated product purpose and differentiated Lumileds within a highly technical category.
