Discover International Awareness Campaign

 

Discover cardholders are known for their loyalty—but many remain unaware that their cards are widely accepted when traveling abroad. This cross-channel campaign was developed to increase awareness and encourage cardholders to confidently use their Discover or Diners Club International cards as essential travel companions.

The integrated strategy combined consumer and B2B outreach. On the consumer side, we launched digital banner ads on popular travel booking sites and placed dynamic digital out-of-home ads, including bus shelter displays, in high-traffic tourism and shopping districts. Simultaneously, a targeted B2B social media campaign reinforced the message with merchants and partners, highlighting Discover’s global reach and reliability.

Together, these coordinated efforts delivered a consistent, multi-touch message across platforms, strengthening Discover’s presence in the global travel space.
